Clients within Eredivisie clubs or well-known Dutch museums are no stranger to us. We are therefore looking for an employee who enjoys working within these sectors. Because soccer is on your mind or just because you don’t want to lose your museum card.
Ticket Team provides customers in sports, museums and leisure, among others, with solutions in the areas of access control, POS sales (online and offline) and membership and reservation systems. We develop the software, as well as much of our hardware, ourselves. Ticket Team is an innovative company that specializes in providing customized solutions for access control, point-of-sale and membership and reservation systems to various industries, including sports, museums and leisure. We pride ourselves on our in-house developed software and hardware, which contribute to a seamless and efficient experience for both our customers and their end users.
To expand our sales team, we are looking for someone to join the commercial
inside sales department running smoothly.
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will play an essential role in promoting the sales of our solutions and supporting our customers in using them. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and generating new business opportunities. In addition, you will work closely with the sales team and support department to ensure that our customers always receive the best service. The job is the perfect start after your studies in Commercial Economics, Business Administration or a similar field. A position that you can completely set up and where you can be introduced to a position within sales. Advancement to the role of account manager is definitely possible.
Your main tasks
- Proactively approach existing and potential customers to promote sales of our solutions;
- Advise customers on the most appropriate solutions for their specific needs;
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of quotations;
- Function as the first point of contact for customers who have questions about our products and services;
- Collaborate with sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals;
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales initiatives to increase awareness of Ticket Team;
- Ensure accurate recording of customer data and sales activities in
- our CRM system.
Who are you
- A completed MBO or college education;
- Ready for your first step in your career or the second;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch;
- Commercial attitude
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
What we offer
- A salary between €2,500 and €3,250 gross per month excl. vacation pay,
depending on your experience; - Contribution to pension accrual with Bright Pension;
- 26 vacation days;

- A 12-month contract with the prospect of an indefinite extension;
- Use of company car, so a driver’s license is helpful.
