Support Assistant

We are looking for you!

Clients within Eredivisie clubs or well-known Dutch museums are no stranger to us. We are therefore looking for a Support Associate who enjoys working within these sectors. Because soccer is on your mind or just because you don’t want to lose your museum card.

Ticket Team provides our customers in sports, museums and leisure, among others, with solutions in the field of access control, POS sales (online and offline) and membership and reservation systems. We develop the software, as well as much of our hardware, ourselves.

Together with a close-knit team, you enjoy resolving questions and breakdowns quickly. These are questions from users about the system we provide. We also receive inquiries from our users’ visitors for the visit they have scheduled. Of course, these questions don’t just come during business hours. In addition to this work, we also challenge you to implement our systems with our (new) users. In doing so, we always strive to set up our system to fit seamlessly with the organization’s operations.

Who are you

  • Someone who becomes happy with (telephone) support;
  • Do not get nervous about problems and are not satisfied until a solution is reached;
  • Alternating work is not a problem, as we also work on weekends and
    evening hours according to a schedule;
  • Want to achieve the best result together.
    In addition, you can work in a structured manner, are handy with software and hardware and the
    associated infrastructure and work in a planned manner. And, of course, you are customer-oriented.
    What we offer:
  • A salary between €2,500 and €4,000 gross per month excl. vacation pay, depending on
    your experience;
  • Contribution to pension accrual with Bright Pension;
  • 26 vacation days;
  • Lunch in our “pub” and after work, of course, occasional refreshments;
  • A dynamic work environment with diverse clients;
  • A 12-month contract with the prospect of an indefinite extension;
  • Use of company car, so a driver’s license is helpful.
